Our copper heat spreader plate optimizes heat distribution between ASIC chips and large heatsinks, especially those with multiple heatpipes, such as the Argon THRML60 or the 52Pi Low-Profile ICE Tower Cooler.

Application Note:

For optimal heat transfer, thermal paste must be applied on both contact surfaces – between the ASIC chip and the copper plate, as well as between the copper plate and the heatsink. We recommend Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut for the best results.
