The Legacy21 Card is a physical NFC card designed for Bitcoin self-custody. It works in combination with the Blockschmiede Wallet App (iOS & Android).

Your wallet is created and managed via the app and linked to the NFC card. No cloud accounts. No custodians. No third-party access.

How it works

1. Install the Blockschmiede Wallet App (iOS or Android).
2. Scan the card via NFC.
3. The wallet is generated and managed through the app.
4. Write down your seed phrase manually and store it securely.

What it is – and what it is not

• Is: An NFC-based self-custody solution used with the Blockschmiede app.
• Is not: A standalone hardware wallet with screen, buttons or fully air-gapped signing.
• Requires: A smartphone with NFC and the dedicated app.
